Place bait on inside of cap. Peanut butter and chocolate spread are good baits. 2. Replace the end cap and position the trap by the side of a wall with the trap door in the open position. Mouse entering the trap tips the trap and closes the door. 3. Check trap regularly every 6 hours to avoid distress to trapped mice. 4. Release the mouse as far from the home as possible by re-opening the trap door. Always wear gloves and wash hands after handling traps.
